LIVER: The liver measures 18.4 cm in size. The liver is echodense compatible with fatty infiltration, which could obscure underlying masses. SPLEEN: The spleen measures 9.9 cm in size. Spleen is unremarkable COMMON BILE DUCT: Common bile duct is unremarkable wall The gallbladder is free of gallstones and sludge. There is no gallbladder thickening. There is no pericholecystic fluid. PANCREAS: The pancreas is obscured with the bowel gas. RENAL: The right kidney measures 11.2 cm in size and the left kidney measures 12.0 cm in size. Both kidneys demonstrate normal echotexture as well as contour with no stones. There is no bulky renal mass. There is a mild fullness of right renal collecting system. There is prominence of left renal column of Bertin RENAL ARTERIES: The peak systolic velocity of the right renal artery is 39 centimeters per second with resistive index of 0.63. The peak systolic velocity of the left renal artery is 43 centimeters per second with resistive index of 0.68. IMPRESSION: l. A MILD FULLNESS OF RIGHT RENAL COLLECTING SYSTEM. 2. PROMINENCE OF LEFT RENAL COLUMN oF BERTIN. A FOLLOWUP ULTRASOUND EXAMINATION MAY BE PERFORMED IN THREE To SIx MONTHS TO CONFIRM STABILITY 3. NO GALLSTONES OR KIDNEY STONES.
