General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This is an ultrasound report, done for dating the pregnancy.
The gestational age of your baby is 36 weeks and 2 days and these are his measurements i.e. biparietal diameter, femur length, abdominal circumference and head circumference. Baby's weight is 2.79 kg.
Due to some indications, they might have planned for a section. Your baby is doing well so go for it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
