Ihave got total laproscopic hysterectomy.but befoe this during investigation doctor has mentioned inhis operative findings that o. Lapros opy-rectosigmoid advanced and adherent to left lateral wall.what does it Mean?uterus enlarged to 10-12weeks size.myohyperplasia prese.t. ilateral ovaries normal. Bilateral tubes edematous. Bladder a.d uv fold normal.

It shows there is enlarged uterus due to increased muscle bulk, ovaries are normal while tubes were edematous.
