What Do My Sperm Test Results Indicate?

Hi dr. My sperm test show a total 13M sperm and the echograph show a 3mm vein on the left side and 1.7 mm on the right side, How much time i need after varicocele surgery to have higher sperm count and motility to be able to conceive? Thank you in advance

Count is normal and motility have to be observed by following up repeated test. time can not be predicted. Since there is no azospermia the prognosis is good you can consult fertility clinic doctor for other option like fertilization in vivo and vitro
