What Do My Test Reports Suggest?

hi m 20 year old, 5feet 5 inches with 55.4 kg wt. .m suffering from mild fever and cough from last 3 weeks but with no weight loss and no loss of appetite but ma igG is 1.43 n igM is 1.04 n last week my ESR was 75 so can plz tel me from type of disease m suffering from. M afraid is it tuberculosis?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Increase ESR and Elisa test for T.B is non specific and anti tubercular treatment can't be started based on this report.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You need routine hemogram,Chest X-ray (PA view),mantoux test,sputum examination.PCR test can be done if needed.
You should consult your physician.Cough and fever may be due to pneumonia.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
