Hello and welcome to HCM,
Tricuspid regurgitation refers to backflow of blood from right ventricle to left ventricle.
Back flow of blood increases volume overload and thus increases pressure overload on the cardiac chambers.
However, the development of all these features depend on the severity of regurgitation.
When picked up at early stage, appropriate treatment can be started and thus management can be done.
Arrhythmia is caused by altered impulse conduction across the cardiac wall.
There are various causes for arrhythmia to develop.
Alteration in the cardiac wall caused by ischemia, thickening or thinning of cardiac wall can all lead to arrhythmia.
Treatment is given according to the severity of symptoms.
Consult your cardiologist at regular interval for further management.

Thanks and take care
