What Do My Ultrasound Scan Reports Indicate?

i m 24 years old. i have been married since last 7 months.i got miscarriage after 2 months of my marriage..there was no need of D&C.and then after beta HCG test every thng cleared.and during ultrasound dr found endometriosis cyst of 8.6cm. and after one month dr did laprotmy and laproscopy. and then dr gave dianzol for 3 months after operation.and then during dianazol there was stopage of menses and only spotting occured. and nw after stopage of dianazol dr said to concieve naturally. i tried one month and during ultrasound again cyst occur size of 2.6cm. and dr gave duphaston .she said endometriosis cyst vill regress. so nw what should i do,? should i first take treatmnt of cyst or i should take fertility tablets for concievation.? fertilty tablets vill increase the cyst again or not? or i should take Gnrt(gonadotrophic harmone inhibitors injections? i m confused? plzhelp
