What Do Nausea And Dizziness While Suffering From Diabetes Indicate?

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and my numbers have been pretty good, but sometimes I will have a low reading like tonight after a meal, it was 78 and I felt nauseous and dizzy, a couple of hours later it was 95 after I ate a couple of crackers
