What Do Nausea And Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

I am having horrible pain in my lower stomach. I am hunched over, nauseous,and my stomach is sore to the touch. I ve had a hysterectomy and my gallbladder has been removed. The pain is right below the belly button, in the pelvic region. I was constipated so I took some dulcolax, but the bowel movement was very painful. I do take prilosec. Severe intestinal cramping that is constant.
