What Do Nausea And Swelling In The Upper Abdomen Indicate?

since this past saturday my upper abdomen has been swollen, severe nausea but cant throw up so sick feeling in stomach like every minute nausea with no relief even 2 prescribed nausea meds don t help all i want to do is lay on my right side and sleep. Dr checking my gall bladder tomorrow by ultrasound already been diagnosed with umbilical hernia and barrets esophagus

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination drug twice a day for five days.
Take paracetamol 2 times a day for five days take Ofloxacycilin and Ornidazole combination twice a day for five days.
Do ultrasound for better treatment, if pain not resolved.
Consult surgeon, if symptoms persists.
