What Do Non-itchy Red Spots On The Skin Indicate Despite?

I have red spots that is under my skin and started on my legs and moved up to my neck.I have change nothing they look like measles no itching,nothing.they seem to get worse at night fade thru the day and back in pm. I would appreciate your option. Thanks

Hi.
As per your case history you are viral exanthem.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
