What Do Numbness And Swelling In The Right Arm Indicate?

My boyfriend started feeling numbness in his right arm and hand last night and it still doesn t feel right, he describes it as feeling weak, swollen and tight now. He doesn t have any pain or any other symptoms and it happened out of no where. He was sitting on the couch and that arm was dangling over the recliner and he said right before it happened he has never seen the veins in his hand pop out more.

numbness and feeling weakness of rt.arm while sleeping are common ,when we keep hand below the head while sleeping blood flow will slowed due to pressure, it will disappears spontaneously and maybe nutritional deficiency also may cause u can take multi vitamin with vitamin B12
