What Do Occasional Painful Shaking Of The Body Indicate?

I experience shaking at odd times - but usually right after I wake up. It feels like it is coming from my stomach area, but it affects my whole body. It only lasts for a minute or two, it isn t painful, but it feels like a small jackhammer is going off from my core. I don t drink or smoke and I don t do drugs. Not very consistent about taking vitamins or pills of any kind. This has been going on for about 2-3 months. Every couple of days.
