Contrast opacification of endometrial cavity, uterus situated just right of pelvic midline. Bilateral partial visualization of fallopian tubes and bilateral adnexal peritoneal spillage of contrast preferentially more extensive on right side than left.means????????

Uterus is opacified means uterus was filled with dye during test. Fallopian tubes are visible. There is spillage on both sides means that open tubes have open ends. All these things are normal findings. There is no abnormality.
