What Do Pain And Itching Around The Navel Indicate?

Hi I am having pain and itching down and right side from belly button. Around the outside where I use to have ovarys. Any idea on what it could be. Having been putting anti in cream on and taking something for pain but still there after going on 3 days.

Dear any rashes in that area??any scaling of the lesion?? It may be tinea infection probably. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. use Terbinaforce plus cream locally twice a day for 2 weeks. If your symptoms not improved or if getting allergy to above ointment please quit applying it and consult your doctor immediately
