There is throbbing pain in my elbow that radiates down to my hand on my right side. Constantly causing the feeling of numbness and tingling in my hand and fingers. What could be causing this and is there anything I can do from home? I have tried OTC anti inflametories and ice,

Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that pain in elbow along with numbness and tingling in hands and fingers point towards nerve compression. It can be diagnosed on an MRI. Meanwhile you should try to do some stretching exercises of the elbow to relieve the pain. I hope that answers your question.
