What Do Pain And Pressure In The Groin Area Indicate?

Hi, I have had increasing pain and pressure in my lower gorin since Friday evening. Straight after sexual intwrcourae with my partner I stared having really sharp shooting pains in my groin, that led to stinging when urinating and sharp pain when coughing. Two days have now gone and the stinging whilst urinating has subsided but still have a bloated and sharp pain when coughing or sitting up to quickly. I am rather concerned as I have previously had key hole surgery due to having a dermoid cyst removed from my ovaries which caused me really bad pain. What should I do about this ?
