Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Your symptoms appear to be due to recurrent aphthous stomatitis (ulceration of mouth). To those who come to my clinic with similar symptoms, I suggest the following :

1) Iron, folic acid, vit B12, riboflavine supplementation daily twice for 3 months (most of my patients reported promising results).
2) Avoidance of hard and sharp foods that may injure oral mucosa. Soft tooth brush is recommended.
3) Topical Corticosteroids help in healing of existing ulcers such as

a) Hydrocortisone hemisuccinate pellets 2.5mg to be used 4 times daily. b) For pain relief, swishing 3-4 times daily with mouth wash containing one part viscous Lidocaine 2% is recommended.

Hope my explanation is clear enough and helps you come out of this problem. Any further queries, please do write to us. I'm always here to help you. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
