Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Such a pain that is more on sitting or getting up and eases on walking in the hip and knee are suggestive of one of the following: Myocitis that is an inflammation of the muscles around joints or fascitis, tendinitis can give such pains as these are eased on walking. There can be an actual inflammation of the structures around the affected joints. These can be diagnosed by the following: Clinical examination, evaluation, investigations like X-rays, MRI help further. Till then do avoid sitting or be in a position that causes more pain. Take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you. Hope I have answered your query. Give rest to the affected area. Consult your primary care physician and get a referral for a specialist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
