What Do Pain And Swelling Around The Kidney Area Indicate?

I have been feeling like my adrenal glands that sit on top of my kidneys are swollen , im lying down now and it feels like to golf ball size balls are in the place of my adrenal glands with some soreness that comes and goes . I have ESS( Empty Sella Syndrome ) and a useless endocrinologist , he took me off Amour about two years ago and ive went down hill fast after that, my blood gluclose is through the roof , my cholesterol has sky rocketed , i have all the damn symptoms of hypothyroidism , my T3 is below optimal range and my T4 is low my TSH is slightly supressed because im on a NDT I had to buy myself . Ive also had all low cirtisol from the salvia test kit 7 years ago and i had one done the 5th of march 2018 and the damn lab screwed it up they did my 4th test first . I went over it with the girl who collected the tubes to be sent off and the intake worker went over it with me three times and called lab twice and they called her so the screw uo was o the lab. Why can i not get a endo to do the proper tests needed? More so when cortisol tests are screwy
