What Do Pain And Swelling In The Left Testicle Indicate?
im 53 yrs old and have a very painful left testicle. it seems slightly swollen and i can hardly walk. just before this happened i was suffering pain in my left hip which has been rebuilt after an accident 13 years ago. i felt as if there was an infection in my hip. that pain gave way to the painful tenderness in my scrotum.

It seems like secondary infection in testis.
You can take Cefadroxyl 500) twice a day with Serriopeptidase plus Diclofenac combination, 2 times a day for five days.
You take care of that part so much pressure will damage capillaries of that part so pain rebound further. Please wear that type of underwear which support testis
