Experiencing minor pain and discomfort, some swelling and redness at rectum. Was checked by Dr. thinking maybe it was hemeroids, Dr. found no sign of hemeroids inside or outside. Pain and discomfort seem to be greater when lying down. Some minor secretions when passing gas.
Rule out piles or any another condition of rectum or anal canal if present by proctoscopy examination.
If no any specific cause present than inflammation can be the possibility for which Ibuprofen medicine can be prescribed. Consult a surgeon for proctoscopy examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
