What Do Pain In The Neck And Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Jaw Indicate?

So much pain in my sinus, neck, ear, jaw, inside the left side of head, and around a swollen gland under the jaw that I m having trouble sleeping. Been there for almost a year but with a little less pain. Had an MRI 3 weeks ago and a Cat Scan last week.

hi, seems you are distressed with pain and also concerned for lump under jaw.
this could be an infection in sinuses, ears or bone connecting sinuses and ears to brain for which you may need an antibiotic and painkiller
best is to get an expert opinion by ENT ( Ear Nose Throat ) specialist and undergo biopsy for lump
