What Do Painful Boils On The Head And Face Indicate?

My doctor is not helping, I have been getting on going painful boils, armpits, head and now on face. I have severe loss in strength, my muscles shake in arms and hands, sometimes legs. Joints are hurting in fingers, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Doctor told me there is nothing to do for these boils!

Thanksfor asking.
You need a blood test /culture (if indicated) to see spread of infection on the wide area.Severe weakness &fatigue also is due to the infection.
A specific antibioticforsufficiently long course &other adhuvent drugs &nutrients would help.
You need to consult a physician for expert help &advise.
