What Do Painful Bumps On Forearms Indicate?

I have lots of slightly painful pea size small bumps under my skin on both my forearms. if i press down on them they become more sore and also get itchy. then they start above my wrist all the way up to elbow on the forearm only. what can they be? you cannot really see them unless y run your fingers over them

it's papular Urticaria ..due to nonspecific reasons. if itching is moderate you can start Tab Levocetrizine 5mg at night for 10 days..
