What Do Painful, Heavy Periods With Clots Suggest?

Okay so my period ended on the 15 of dec and I ended up getting it again on the 22 of dec and I still have it. It was heavy to where I was going through a tampon in two hours to last at a time and there where clots and now for the past two days it's been brown with a smell.. And I'm having really bad pains too ..what is the cause of this or what is it?

Hi, this is a simple case of dysmenorrhea and needs uterine/ovarian pathology by lower abdominal USG!

Simple minipills/nor-ethisterone tablets could treat this.
