What Do Painful Itchy Rashes On The Upper Arms Indicate?

I had a painful itchy rash on upper arns with swollen hands that were very itchy. lower arms ok and rash extended from elbow to shoulders. nose was swollen and ears and face. got medical treatment in for of steroid injection and oral steroids. also affected was the back of my thighs about midway to knees. could this have been insect or poisonous plants.

itcan be fungal infection or psoriasis diagnosis. can apply pregmatar. consult dermatologist for examination and diagnosis. steroid should have been started after proper diagnosis or there will be dependency and other side effect and tapering may be required.
