Hi,

An itchy bruise noticed on getting up from the bed most likely suggests an insect bite reaction. Try giving an antihistamine (Levocetirizine 2.5mg at night) for 5 days. Apply calamine lotion over there. If not getting better in 2-3 days, kindly take her to doctor for further evaluation and management accordingly

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
