What Do Painful Red Rashes Behind The Head Indicate?

my 14 yr. old grand daughter has dry patch on back of head and is very red - also has swollen eyes that are almost shut and very goopy. the eyes are painful too. she vomited this morning and has 103 temperature. very high heart rate 150 to 160 beats per minute! She can t keep anything down in her tummy. Very dizzy and weak especially when she moves.
