What Do Painful Skin Cuts On The Face And Neck Indicate?

Have a relative who is having issues with tiny cuts on the face and neck area upon waking every morning. She had tried changing pillows and laundry soap to trying different home remedies and OTC meds and nothing is helping to get rid of it. It is very painful and actually bleeds as well.....any ideas....and no health insurance at this time.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
