What Do Painful Urination And Blood In Urine Indicate?

I am having pain when I urinate and there is a lot of blood in my urine. I won t be able get my doctor until Monday as it is Saturday night. I have taken some AZO to help the pain, but obviously need an antibiotic. Please help as the is concerning me.

Azo is Azithromycin right ?
It is antibiotic and used in strength of 500 mg once a day for 3 days minimum . Besides there should be a painkiller as Diclofenoc 100 mg two times . Increase fluid intake . It may stone or urinary tract infection . For this you need TLC DLC ESR and urine test and ultrasound abdomen .
If stone found take tab Cystone 2 tab two times for 1 month .
