What Do Painful Urination And Itching On The Penis And Rectum Indicate?

I have felt as though I have been urinating razor blades for 2 weeks. Now I am experiencing serious itching from the tip of my penis to my rectum and maybe further. I am married and we are both monogamous. We have not not had intercourse for about 2 months due to our busy schedules and now until I find out what this is. I recently did a round of antibiotics for an ear infection.

Hi,

It can be a simple yeast infection, application of antifungal creams will be helpful along with tablets too.

Medicine to be taken by both partners together to prevent cross infection.
