My son is 22. Has always been healthy. He is experiencing several symptoms. Heart palpitations, black outs, spitting up blood, poor appetite, muscle weakness. these symptoms come and go. Blood work came back normal, blood pressure normal. Any other suggestions?

Hi,

Palpitation & Loss of Appetite might be due to Anxiety Disorder/Panic Attacks. But blood in vomiting need to be evaluated further for any GI causes or other causes? Proper counselling is very much required for such teenagers. Full support from parents & positive moral boosting will help the patient for sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
