What Do Patch Of Bumps On Back Lower Leg Indicate?

Hi morning , In the back lower leg I have a patch of bumps that r very itch , In the center of the path it s a black dot The bumps itches like crazy I want to tear off my skin I apply different things on it it don t really help, it would kind of dry up like it s getting better , but it would return. Is their anything I can do too make it better Tks YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

It seems to be chronic eczema. I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily along with antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily.
