What Do Penile Papules On The Penis Indicate?

I am a 58 year old mail who has recently had spots appear on my penis shaft - they look like pealry penile papules - but i thought they typically only appeared on the corona of the penis - I do not know who to consult to get an expert view - I would visit a doctor but cannot find the branch of medicine that deals with it - urology seems the wrong branch ?
