What Do Persistent Headaches, Nausea And Dizziness Suggest?

For about two weeks I been having a burning hot black pop epoer fast in my moth, headache, dizziness with faint feeling, nausea and vomiting. Should I be worried. I had my mandible removed 7 months ago and they replaced it with a metal plate and at that time a G-tube was also placed in my stomach which I still have in my stomach at this time. I was diagnose with mandible cancer because I had a tumor in my jaw bone. Thank GOD all my test came back benign. Should I be worried.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of cancer of mandible that needed removal of mandible, replace with metal plate, G-tube in place, have headache, dizziness and fainting.
The commonest cause I can think about are as follows:
There can be secondary growth in brain and needs to be ruled out by MRI/ CT scan.
Other causes can be related to meningeal irritation.
Hypertension.
Anything related to general causes like general infection and so on.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor and have clinical evaluation, examination and have proper diagnosis to have proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
