Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I suggest a possibility of sebaceous cysts.
The cyst is a collection of thick, cheesy material that usually has a foul smell to it.
The lining wall of these cysts contains sebaceous glands which empty there contents into cyst cavity.
These cysts usually form at sites rich in sebaceous glands like chest and back.
Once formed they either stay as it is Or gradually increase in size as the sebaceous material accumulates.
Occasionally they may get infected with bacteria and then become painful and tender.
Definitive treatment of cyst includes removal of the cyst along with its lining wall.
It is important that the lining wall is also removed Or else the cyst might recur.
I suggest that you visit a
dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate treatment.
