What Do Pink Discharge And Pain During Intercourse While On Minastrin Suggest?

I am on Minostrin birth control and I am having pink discharge off and on a couple days before my period. I have been having cramps and also pain during intercourse. Is there a possibility this is pregnancy or endometresis? I also recently began taking an antibiotic that i found lessens the effectiveness of birth control/
