What Do Pink Spots On The Penis Shaft Indicate?

My friend has pink spots all over the shaft of his penis that seem to be spreading systemically. It looks similar to genital warts, but more like a flat pink skin spot instead of a raised blister or bump. He s been having extreme headaches, fatigue, and systemic body pain as well, but I m not sure if it s related. He s been detoxing from abuse of prescription pills and other drugs, including meth.

The possible causes are genital wart and molluscum.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, you can opt for cauterization or cryosurgery.
