What Do Pink Spots On The Stomach Indicate?

I have two round one inch pinkish spots on my hip and stomach. It feels like there s a pimple underneath, although nothing shows and there is no pus. But the spots are tender. I haven t changed soap, lotion, etc., and have no bug bites, etc. I went to a convenient care doctor who didn t know what it was; he gave me antibiotics to take for 10 days.
