Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of coccobacilli on Pap smear suggest a shift in vaginal flora.
In health, bacilli called lactobacilli are present in the genital tract.
Due to a change in pH of the genital tract, there is change in the bacterial population in the genital tract.
The change in pH occurs due to presence of infection.
The 'shift in vaginal flora' is treated by antimicrobials.
You need to consult your gynecologist for prescription of antimicrobials.

Thanks and take care
