What Do Presence Of Moderate Bacteria And Mucus Threads In Urine Suggest?

I m 40, male, and stands 5 11 . My urinalysis shows wbc 0-3/hpf, rbc 0-2/hpf, epithelial cells-rare, mucus threads-moderate, amorphous urates-few, bacteria-moderate, crystals-none. my left back side hurts a little. what do these all mean? Thanks! - Rod

Welcome to hcm,
Your urine examination report is normal. Presence of mucus thread is not if much significance. Pain in the left side could be because of various causes. I advise you to get ultrasound done to rule out renal or uretric calculi which causes pain there.
