What Do Pressure And Tingling Sensation In The Right Arm Indicate?

I am experiencing heaviness and tingling in my right arm and leg, usually at night. Overall, my arms and legs seem to be quicker to fall asleep than usual - this has been occurring for a few months.... are there any causes that could be relatively minor? Seems like a problem

Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You should get investigated with serum B12 estimation and random blood sugar estimation to rule out B12 deficiency and diabetes if present. Nerve compression should be ruled out by neurological examination and x ray spine. If needed NCV like further investigation can be done.
I suggest you to consult Neurologist for examination. Until than Multivitamin B complex can be taken.
