What Do Pressure In Chest With Warm Arm And Elbow Indicate?
I am having pressure in my chest also warm feeling under my left arm down to my elbow , I have had a heart attack 14yrs ago had balloon only, This presser last for a shot time can come on at any time walking seems to start it off but can also start while sitting. I am 63 male.

With a history of a previous heart attack it would be best to be assessed even though the pressure may not be heart related.
It needs to be ruled out as soon as possible.This would require blood tests and an ECG.
The blood tests would be checking the levels of substances such as troponin, CK-mb and other heart markers.
