What Do Pressure Sensation In Sinuses And Muscle Spasms Indicate?
Hello, I had heat stroke three weeks ago with either a complex migraine or a seizure (dr. did not know or really assess in emergency) but I had temporary paralysis of the left side of my face for about 5-8mins. Since this heat stroke I have had daily pressure in my sinuses and what feels like electric zaps on the left side of my head and neck and on four separate occasions severe bouts of nausea, vomiting, dry heaving, dizziness and muscle spasms. I am sensitive to heat and glare. I do not go a day without some sort of symptom occur. Thus far my CT scan has come back clear and so has my blood work. No one seems to know what may be happening.

Since your blood tests & CT scan reports are normal & you are having nausea, dizziness & muscle spasms on the left side of your face you are suggested to see an ENT.
Get physically examined, get X-Ray PNS done to detect bacterial or viral sinusitis. Heat stroke at times affects the ears, get audiometry test done to detect any hearing loss (partial/complete perforation).
Vertigo may be the factor causing nausea, vomiting & dizziness. Facial weakness or paralysis may be due to facial nerve infection or inflammation. Get evaluated & treated at the earliest.
