What Do Previously Ruptured Egg And Cyst Outside Ovary Shown In US Suggest?

Hi...i was to go for an iui last month. But my ultrasound came something different. It showed previously ruptured egg, a cyst outside my ovary( dr confirmed it after taking two ultrasounds as the size was same within 2 days gap) and no eggs formation this time. Can i be pregnant in this case?
