What Do Prolonged Pain In Upper Abdomen, Nausea And Throbbing Breast Suggest?

I have had two episodes of very bad upper middle abdominal pain lasting several days. This last episode lasted three days , not wanting to eat , felt nauseous, no vomiting and no diarrhea, Upon touching very tender in upper left quadrant under rib cage Pain has subsided only now have back ache and a throbbing pain in left breast not severe, but very noticeable. Still tender to touch in left spot in upper quadrant of abdomen.

it appears to be acute gastritis and duodenitis. may be having infection by pylori. may consult gastroenterologist. it requires endoscopy for confirm diagnosis.should take bland diet and take omiprazol till such time. H pylori should be treated with-cap augmantin.
