What Do Prolonged Pain In Upper Back And Neck With Body Imbalance Suggest?

Hi, I have been having upper back pain, neck clicking,heaviness in the back head, numbering on the neck, and imbalance in movement over ten years, I am turning my neck every second due to uncomfort.. My lower and upper back pain never goes away. I have done xray but no solution. Back in early age i felt down from step on back of my head and i fainted,and nothing serious was done about that, I never know if that maybe cause of my problem. Please Doctor help

I really appreciate your concern, if the x-ray is unremarkable then this could be musculoskeletal condition some time could be fibromyalgia, initially this can be best managed with maintaining good posture and keeping the stress condition low, physical therapy would be nice too, "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
