General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Prolonged vaginal bleeding are not normal:
I think following possibility in this type of case:
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, cervix and endometrial dysplasia, cervix and vaginal polyp, fibroid/adenomyosis, endometriosis.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and go for following investigations: Reproductive hormone analysis, Vaginal examination, USG scan, endometrial biopsy, PAP smear/Colposcopy.
Bleeding can be reduced by using tranexamic acid table and progesterone injection/tablet.
Hope this may help you
