hi this is annie My ent said that less air is flowing from my middle to outer ear that the reason I am having pulse like feeling in the ear.she has given me an exercise and has asked not to bother abt it.but I am having it 2 times in a week so its bothering.My question is will I recover?How long does it take to come down.?

This depends from patients to patients but slowly you will develop relief . Do not stop the manouveres prescribed by them.
